In Kharkiv, Russian troops have killed 294 civilians, including 15 children, since the war began

The Communications Department of Kharkiv Regional Police Department wrote this on Telegram.

"People do not leave bomb shelters almost around the clock. Houses, schools, hospitals, utilities and shops are on fire. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, 294 civilians, including 15 children, have been killed in hellish attacks by enemy forces in Kharkiv region," the report says.

It is noted that police officers of all units provide humanitarian assistance to citizens, provide them with everything necessary for normal life, guard their legitimate interests, check information about suspicious people, promptly respond to reports of crimes and offenses.

Particular attention is paid to exposing looters, thieves, swindlers and other lawbreakers.

Kharkiv investigators are carefully documenting the consequences of the Russian army's criminal actions.

As reported, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
